Weekly fellowship

Dear saints,

As many of you know, the Southern California Labor Day Conference will be postponed until next year. However, Brother Minoru has expressed a continued burden that the churches would still receive the Lord’s fresh speaking during this time. In response to this burden, we are pleased to announce a local South Orange County Labor Day Conference, to be hosted by the church in Irvine at Hall 1, on the weekend of August 30–31.

This conference will be for the churches in the South OC area, including Huntington Beach, San Juan Capistrano, Santa Ana, Lake Forest, and Irvine. The schedule will follow a similar pattern to last year’s conference:

Saturday, August 30, 2025

• 4:00pm - 5:45pm Afternoon Session

• 5:45pm - 6:45pm Dinner (provided)

• 6:45pm - 8:30pm Evening Session

Lord’s Day, August 31

• 9:30am - 10:00am  Combined Table Meeting 

• 10:00am - 11:45am Second Morning Session

• 11:45am - 1:00pm  Lunch

We believe this will be a special time for the saints in our area to be gathered, blended, and nourished by the Lord’s fresh speaking.

Meals and Childcare will be provided for both Saturday and Lord’s Day meetings.

The meetings will be broadcast on Zoom for any saints who are unable to attend in person, as well as for any saints attending who need translation. Translation will be provided from English into Chinese, Korean, and Spanish. Saints needing translation should bring a smartphone and headphones.

Dear saints,

Child care will be provided for K-6 children during all meetings of the South Orange County Labor Day Conference in Irvine. On Lord's Day, 8/31, each locality will conduct a children's meeting in their locality, but on Saturday, 8/30, all the saints and children from the South Orange County churches will be together at Hall 1 in Irvine. If you are planning to bring your children on Saturday, please fill out this registration form, so we can plan accordingly.

Saints are invited to participate in gospel trips in German-speaking countries (Germany, Switzerland, Austria) on October 5 through 19 for the purpose of contacting university students. A link to more information, including instructions on how to register for these trips, can be found at tinyurl.com/Gospeltrips-2025.

A special fellowship was held at the 2025 June semiannual training concerning the Lord’s up-to-date move in Europe as a whole and specifically in Italy and in French- and German-speaking Europe. A video recording of that fellowship is available at lordsmove.org/reports.html.

We would like to announce that this year’s International Thanksgiving Blending Conference will be held in Indianapolis, IN, from Thursday, November 27, through Lord’s Day, November 30, 2025.

We would like to extend an invitation to all the churches and individuals to participate in this
gathering.

The meeting schedule is as follows:

• 1st meeting: Thursday, November 27........................ 7:30 PM
• 2nd meeting: Friday, November 28........................... 10:00 AM
• 3rd meeting: Friday, November 28.............................. 7:30 PM
• 4th meeting: Saturday, November 29...................... 10:00 AM
• 5th meeting: Saturday, November 29......................... 7:30 PM
• 6th meeting: Lord’s Day, November 30......................9:30 AM

All the meetings will be held at the JW Marriott Indianapolis, JW Ballroom 5-10, located at 10 S. West Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204 and will be open to the public. There will be translation into Chinese, Korean, Spanish, and Portuguese. Some additional languages may also be included. Please pray that the Lord will take more crucial steps in the advancement of His purpose during this gathering.

The church in Madrid, Spain, would like to purchase a house next door to its meeting hall for approximately $1.5 million, that would, together with the meeting hall and a second neighboring house already purchased and owned by the church, give the church possession of an entire city block. By such consolidating the ownership of the whole block, the church anticipates multiplying its capacity to host conferences and receive hospitality for the purpose of blending, since Madrid plays a central role in the Lord’s move in Europe’s Iberian Peninsula.  If you are burdened to make a donation to be applied towards the purchase of this house in Madrid, you can do so directly or through the church in Irvine’s website by designating your offering as being for the “Madrid House”. The benefit of making offerings by Zelle is that there are no transaction fees charged to the church. If the offering is for a particular matter please designate that in the memo field.
