Registration is now open for the 2024 July semiannual training which will be held in-person for both the
Live Training at Anaheim and the Webcast of the Live stream in Irvine for English, Chinese and Korean
languages.

Locations:

• Live Training at Ministry Conference Center, 2431 W. La Palma Ave., Anaheim, CA
• Webcast/Video Training in Irvine at Hall 1, 4252 Irvine Center Drive:
  • English – Main Hall (Foyer/Courtyard side A)
  • Chinese – Main Hall (Main entrance/Culver side B)
  • Korean – Multi-Purpose Room

Dates: Monday, July 1, 4:00pm—Saturday, July 6, 9:30pm (4:00pm and 7:30pm daily)

Registration Donation:

• Live Training in Anaheim: $210 per seat (Outline book included)
• Webcast in Irvine: $135 per seat (Outline book included)

LAST DAY to register: April 28, 2024

• No additions after due date for the Live Training in Anaheim.
• Webcast late fee of $25 may apply.

Please read and review the following important items as reminders and updates to the registration:

• There should be one account login per registration.
• Full-time means you intend to attend all the meetings.
• NEW: Part-time (Live or Video) means you will attend the meetings which you have selected to attend
  based on your schedule. You can only be marked excused or absent from the meetings you selected.
  You are allowed to attend any of the unselected meeting(s). The new registration forms will list
  the meetings to be selected when the part-time option is selected.
• Full-time shared seat: A part-time shared seat is not allowed. Any shared seat must be occupied Full-
  Time. Therefore, it may be a better option to register for two part-time seats for flexibility rather than
  trying to fill a full-time shared seat.
• Live Training Registration:
  • You must complete all 3 steps outlined by the first form to be completely registered.
  • There must be a corresponding registration for both the Irvine registration form and the LSM form.
    The leading brothers will review and approve the list of registrants attending the Live training.
  • Age restriction: All those who participate in the semiannual trainings must now be 18 years old and over (at the time the training begins), without exception. This would apply to registrants for the live trainings in Anaheim and for all the video trainings.

• Go to "My Account" then press "Registration" category button.
  •   →
• Select +Webcast or +Live registration which are drop-down registration forms: Fill out the form(s) and required fields. Make sure to click "Submit" at the end of the forms to complete your registration.

Receive Email Confirmations (check spam or junk folder if not received in inbox) for confirmation on
your registration and to ensure you are properly registered. For the Live training, you should receive an
email from LSM along with a payment link.

Registration changes or updates: You may return to "My Account" → "Registration" to make updates or
changes to your registration or to submit your donation at a later time. You will notice that the button
has changed to "Update" so you know you have registered properly.

Registration for this year's Summer Bible Camp is now open! The registration form is available on the SBC website (sbc.churchinirvine.org). The deadline to register is Lord's day, May 5th.

We are excited to announce a wonderful opportunity to blend with the young people - The Young People's Progressive Dinner. This is one of the most anticipated events of the year during which the young people travel to different homes to progressively enjoy three courses - appetizer, dinner, and dessert. It is a time of blending where the young people and families get to know one another as fellow members of the household of God. We hope you can consider opening your home for this purpose by signing up for either appetizer, dinner, or dessert. Each home will have a choice to host either 10 or 15 people. The proposed schedule for the evening is as follows:

5:30pm-6:15pm     Appetizer in first home

6:30pm-7:30pm     Dinner in second home

7:45pm-8:30pm     Dessert in third home

We would like to announce that this year’s International Memorial Day Blending Conference will be held in Bellevue, WA from Friday, May 24 through Monday, May 27, 2024. We would like to extend an invitation to all the churches and individuals to participate in this gathering.

Meeting Schedule:
1st meeting: Friday, May 24 ............................7:30 PM
2nd meeting: Saturday, May 25......................10:00 AM

All the meetings will be held at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue, Grand Ballroom, located at 900 Bellevue Way NE, Bellevue, WA 98004, and will be open to the public. There will be translation into Chinese, Korean, Spanish, and Portuguese. Some additional languages may also be included.

A limited number of hotel rooms at the Living Stream Ministry group rate are set aside at the hotels listed below. Saints are encouraged to make their hotel reservations as early as possible in order to get the discounted rate. We would ask the saints to reserve only those rooms that they intend to use and to cancel their reservations as soon as possible if they are unable to attend the conference. Reserved rooms that are released after the cut-off dates listed below will not be available to the saints at the discounted rate.

Childcare:
Care for children from Kindergarten through 6th grade will be provided during the conference meetings at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue. Please register all children attending the conference online at: 2024 International Memorial Day Blending Conference Childcare Registration.
All childcare registration submissions will receive an email confirmation with additional instructions. Please register all children no later than May 1, 2024.

Conference Webcast:

• Live Webcast: The in-person meetings of the 2024 International Memorial Day Blending Conference will be streamed live at lsmwebcast.com for those whose time zone permits them to watch the live meetings by webcast.
• Viewing the messages: Both the live and archived messages of the 2024 International Memorial Day Blending Conference will be available to view at lsmwebcast.com. Both the live and archived messages will be accessible via the “2024 Memorial Day Conf.” button on the webcast menu. The LSM Webcast site, lsmwebcast.com, will not require login credentials to access the site. The archived messages will be available approximately 2-3 hours after the live
  meeting has concluded and will be accessible for free until June 26, 2024, 30 days after the conference. After the 30-day period, all conference messages will be available with a subscription or payment at lsmwebcast.com.

We hope that all the churches and all the saints will prepare for this upcoming time of ministry and fellowship and will sanctify these days for the hearing of faith among us everywhere. Please pray for His blessing upon this conference. May it turn out to be a memorial among us to the shame of God’s enemy and to the glory of God’s grace!
