LIVE TRAINING REGISTRATION

The live training in Anaheim, CA will take place December 23-28, 2024.

Registration extended until November 1, 2024.

Please follow these steps carefully: 

(1) Fill out the Irvine registration form below.

(2) Fill out the LSM registration form which will appear after submitting the Irvine form.

(3) Follow the donation instructions on the confirmation page to complete your registration.

NOTE: If you need to make any changes after you've submitted these forms, return to this page and repeat steps 1 and 2.
